Deliverable Deadline Disclaimer: Deliverables not received by the designated due dates and in the correct format will be excluded from the event. FBC will not provide refunds to exhibitors/sponsors whose materials (marketing documents, recordings, staff, etc.) have been excluded from the event due to failure to comply with deadlines and proper formatting.

Exhibit and Sponsor Staff Security Information
MUST BE A US CITIZEN TO ATTEND
You must complete an FBC Security Form and submit to FBC by the due date given below. Please click the link below to go to our Essential SSL® secured on-line security information form. You will also have the option of downloading our printable security form and submitting the information by fax. Admittance to the event cannot be guaranteed if we do not receive the information by the due date.
Security Due Date has passed.Persons, who are not registered to attend this event in-person, will not be permitted access to the CMS Headquarters Facility and thus will be unable to attend the conference. Persons attending will be required to show a U.S. Government-issued ID, preferably a driver’s license, and are subject to a vehicle inspection prior to entering the complex. If proper identification is not provided, the visitor will be denied access. CMS is a tobacco-free campus and violators are subject to legal action.
Visitor Screening Procedures
Screening procedures will require visitors to empty pockets, remove belts, hats, outerwear jackets (not suit jackets or sports coats), and large pieces of jewelry and place in provided bins for x-ray screening. Small and loose items (e.g., purses, laptop computers, cell phones) will be placed in bins and larger items (e.g. computer bags) may be placed directly onto the conveyer. All items being carried into the building will require x-ray screening.
After all items are placed on the conveyer, visitors will proceed through the walkthrough metal detector. If the detector alarms, a security officer will use a hand wand to clear the alarm. If that clears the alarm, screening is complete, and the visitor may enter the facility. In the event that the wand does not clear the alarm, the security officer will physically check the area of the body where the alarm is located. If footwear alarms, it will need to be removed and placed in a bin for x-ray screening. Individuals unable to walk through the metal detector due to mobility issues (e.g. wheelchair, motorized scooter, etc.) will bypass the device and undergo screening by the officer using a wand and/or pat down.
Identity Verification
The Real ID Act, enacted in 2005, establishes minimum standards for the issuance of state-issued driver’s licenses and identification (ID) cards. This Act prohibits Federal agencies from accepting an official driver’s license or ID card from a state unless the Department of Homeland Security determines that the state meets these standards.
Beginning in May of 2025, photo IDs (such as a driver’s license) issued by a state or territory not in compliance with the Real ID Act will not be accepted as identification to enter Federal buildings. For up to date Real ID Act States and Territories please reference https://www.dhs.gov/real-id.

FBC will not be responsible and will not provide refunds to exhibitors who are denied admission to or dismissed from the event site due to failure to comply with the security instructions.
Directions
The CMS complex is within easy driving distance of Washington D.C. (35 miles), Philadelphia (100 miles), and New York City (185 miles). The Baltimore metropolitan area is served by a network of modern highways including the Baltimore Beltway (I-695), which circles Baltimore and connects with the Baltimore-Washington Parkway (MD-295), I-70, I-83, I-195 and the JFK Highway (I-95).

Parking and Equipment
Please bring a handcart to transport your equipment from the parking lot.
Temporary parking permits are issued by the Security Force at the gate to all visitors entering the complex. They are valid for one day. The parking permit must be placed on the dashboard and visible from the front of the vehicle.
It is recommended that visitors park in Lot C because of its proximity to the Central Building visitor’s entrance, but any white-lined space is acceptable. To park in a State disability space, a State disability placard and/or license plate must be displayed in conjunction with the visitor parking permit.
CMS' parking regulations are enforced by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Protective Service (FPS) officers 24 hours a day and are applicable to all persons and vehicles parked at CMS Baltimore lots. FPS officers may issue tickets for illegally parked vehicles. In addition, the vehicle can be towed at the owner's expense and risk without prior notification.
If taking a car service, such as Uber, Lyft, or taxi, the vehicle will not be permitted to enter the CMS Headquarters parking lot. The driver can drop off at the foot path, and there is a sidewalk to walk to the central building entrance.

Rules of Behavior
All visitors are restricted to the first floor Central Building Lobby, Auditorium/Conference Center, C-suite area, and Lower-Level Lobby/Cafeteria. Food and drinks are not permitted in the Auditorium or Conference Rooms, except bottled water or water in a sealed container.
CMS-badged Employees, CMS-badged Contractors, and Individuals in possession of a government-issued PIV or CAC card which has been programmed to allow physical access to CMS facilities are authorized unescorted access to CMS complex and are not considered visitors. All others are considered visitors, required to wear a visitor sticker, and be escorted and monitored at all times while inside of CMS facilities.
